We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early so we can introduce you to the equipment, have you complete your liability waiver, and help you settle in.
Please bring a water bottle, a towel, and your grip socks.
Absolutely! Grip socks are a must for class. If you don’t have any, you can purchase a pair at check-in.
Not at all! Our classes are open to all skill levels. Come as you are, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Expect a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Our instructors will walk you through the workout and ensure you feel comfortable as you start your Pilates journey.
-For morning classes you can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the start time without losing your credit.
-For afternoon classes you can cancel your class up to 10 hours before the start time without losing your credit.
If you don’t attend your class, it will be marked as a no-show, and you will lose your credit.
Yes, a $15 USD fee will be charged to your card on file for cancellations made less than 10 hours before class and a$20 USD fee for a No-show.
