CLASS POLICIES & STUDIO GUIDELINES

Sales Policy

«ALL CLASSES ARE TAUGHT IN SPANISH».

  • Final Sale Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Grip Socks: Grip socks are mandatory for all classes. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

 

Parking Details

  • Chula Vista Location: Ample parking is available inside Canyon Plaza Mall for your convenience.

 

What to Bring to Class

  • Water: Bring your own water bottle or purchase water at the studio.
  • Gym Towel
  • Grip Socks: Required for all classes. Clients without grip socks must purchase a pair or may be unable to participate.
  • Storage: Lockers are provided in the group room for storing personal belongings. Please avoid leaving items in the retail area or near your machine.

 

Check-In & Attendance Policies

  • Check-In Process: Upon arrival, check in with a team member at the front desk.

 

Class Cancellation Policy:

  • For morning classes, you can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the start time without losing your credit.
  • For afternoon classes, you can cancel your class up to 10 hours before the start time without losing your credit.
  • If you don’t attend your class, it will be marked as a no-show, and you will lose your credit.
  • If you have an Unlimited Membership, a $15 USD fee will be charged to your card on file for cancellations made less than 10 hours before class, and a $20 USD fee will be charged for a no-show.

 

Timeliness
Arrive on Time: Timely arrival is essential to ensure a smooth class experience.

  • If you are 5 minutes late, your spot may be reassigned to someone on the waitlist.
  • Entry is not permitted for anyone arriving 10 minutes late or later.

 

Age Requirements
Age Policy: Group classes are for participants aged 18 and older.

 

Waitlist
The waitlist system is designed to automatically manage class spots when they become available. If a class is full, users can join the waitlist. The system has a «10-Hour Rolling Waitlist Cutoff Window» for morning classes. This means that users can be added from the waitlist up until 10 hours before the start of the class.

There is also a «2-Hour Rolling Waitlist Cutoff Window» for afternoon classes. This means that users can be added from the waitlist up until 2 hours before the start of the class.

Membership Guidelines:

    • Monthly memberships must be canceled in person at the front desk at least 3 days prior to the next billing cycle.
    • Once a payment has been processed, refunds are not available.
 

Waivers

 
 

Pilates by Bunker Liability Waiver

This agreement is entered into between Pilates by Bunker (referred to as the “studio”) and the undersigned individual (referred to as the “client”). By signing below, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of Pilates by Bunker facilities and services, including those at any Pilates by Bunker franchise location.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The client may cancel a scheduled group class by providing at least 10 hours’ notice to the studio. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the client agrees to either forfeit a class credit or pay a $15 Late Cancel Fee, depending on their membership terms. Introductory sessions must also be canceled with at least 10 hours’ notice.

PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THE CLIENT

The client affirms that they are in suitable physical condition to participate in exercise activities and do not have any medical issues or conditions that would prevent safe participation. The client acknowledges that the studio has not made any guarantees regarding medical outcomes and has advised consulting a physician before starting an exercise program. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any discomfort or pain experienced before, during, or after participation so that the activity can be modified or stopped as needed.

Pregnant women are not allowed to take classes at the moment.

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER

The client understands and acknowledges that participating in exercise activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries from falls, overexertion, muscle strain, or other unforeseen circumstances. The client voluntarily assumes all risks, including the risk of death, associated with using the studio’s facilities or participating in its services.

The client agrees to release and discharge Pilates by Bunker, its owners, staff, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, or demands, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to their participation. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims related to negligence by the Released Parties.

By signing this agreement, the client confirms they are not relying on any statements or promises outside of what is written here and agrees to these terms without any undue pressure or guarantees.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I, the undersigned, have read and fully understand this waiver. I acknowledge that I am giving up significant legal rights by signing it and do so freely and willingly to fully release the studio and its representatives from liability permitted by law.
